Cum Showers

Dear Isabella,

I am a firm believer that the body produces only beautiful secretions and I often enjoy peeing on myself in the shower and cleansing myself in this manner (urine is sterile, after all). But I have been reading about men eating their own ejaculate and now I'm wondering if this would be a better cleanser? Or maybe just a moisturizer? Do you think I could shower with semen or should I stick to urine? Would a girlfriend be put off by this? (I don't have a girlfriend, I am just asking.)

Dear Graeme,

Errr... yes, urine is sterile; it can also smell quite badly, particularly when it's been left to cake up. Perhaps you haven't been experiencing the "full benefits" since you seem to be pissing on yourself whilst standing in the shower. As for bathing or moisturizing with spunk, I'm thinking this probably isn't all that much better than pee and could make you smell absolutely rank if you happen to consume foods and beverages that make sperm smell badly. Would a woman want to vomit all over your shoes if she knew you were doing this? Probably. But, since you're single, there's probably no harm in indulging. Do note, however, that neither urine nor sperm are going to get you zestfully clean.

Girlfriend Has 3 Nipples

Dear Isabella,

I'm 28 and my GF is 24. We've been together a few years now and everything's pretty normal. She's got a 3rd nipple that we never actually talked about before, because I wasn't sure if she was sensitive about it (she seemed like she might be when she first mentioned it) and I recently came home drunk and initiated sex and for some reason I started to suck on it. I don't know why, it just appealed to me. Well, it didn't appeal to her and she made me sleep in the living room. She hasn't had sex with me for almost two weeks now and she won't talk about it either. What can I do to get the sex back? I have said I'm sorry 20 times!

Dear Kairo,

I can't be sure, obviously, but my guess would be she's both embarrassed and humiliated by the experience. I realize you weren't trying to make her feel either which way, but the 3rd nipple is clearly something she's not totally comfortable with -- and you seem to have actually had an inkling about as much before you did this. Therefore, if that's the sort of thing you do when drunk, I'd recommend sober sex from now on. How do you get the sex back? It's difficult to guess, but the issue here seems to be massive insecurity with regard to the elephant in the room -- and since you've actually gotten up close and personal with said elephant, I think you're probably going to have make her do the same thing. I say this because she's clearly unable to cope as is, and if it goes on this way you may never get laid again.

Personally, I recommend sitting her down and telling her that you did what you did because you found it (and her) sexy. Tell her she's got nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed of. Tell her you'll refrain from doing it again if she didn't like it, but that you think she's perfectly sexy the way she is. And if she asks why you never tried it before, tell her you'd always worried she might be self-conscious about it, and that having a buzz made you temporarily forget that bit. It may or may not work; but at this point I think it's probably your best bet.

Can You Get Herpes from Footing or Fisting Someone?

Dear Isabella,

I used to love fisting but it got very boring after awhile and I now enjoy footing with a few ladies of the night I know. I am a regular so they don't mind. But a few days ago I noticed some blisters on my right big toe next to the nail and I am wondering if I got this from one of the girls? Is it possible?

Dear Mike,

I want to be clear here that no one can diagnose you over the internet, and I'm certainly not saying you've got this, but yes, you can acquire a type of Herpes in this way -- it's called Herpetic whitlow. It's actually very uncommon to wind up with Herpes on the hands or feet (because they haven't got mucous membranes to support the virus) but if you had a cut or lesion at the time of contact with an infected person, you can wind up with this variant of the Herpes virus. Have a read on Herpetic whitlow and then visit your doctor if you're concerned you may have it.
